Julie Ammon – jammon@bch.org

Julie Ammon was a previous board member of CHAHRM from 2005 to 2013.  She is excited about the opportunity to serve again through the CHAHRM Career Strategies Committee.  

Julie is Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Boulder Community Health.  She has over 30 years experience in human resources and recruiting including Regional Human Resources Director, Human Resources Manager, Recruitment Manager and Employment Manager at hospitals in Colorado, Nevada and Idaho as well as management, recruitment and sales in the temporary staffing industry. 

Julie has a Bachelor degree in Business Management from Colorado State University and received her SPHR in 2003.  Additionally, she previously served on the advisory boards at Boulder County Workforce Centers, Front Range Community College, and Emily Griffith Technical College.

Julie loves to spend time with her husband, Kurt, their two sons, Grant and Benjamin, and their granddaughter, Lily.  She also enjoys anything mountains – hiking, backpacking, skiing, snowshoeing and 4-wheeling.
